Fast X is the 10th installment of the fast and furious movie franchise and the fourth since the death of Paul walker. The fast X trailer has just been released and there are lots of familiar faces that spark lots of questions.
Fast nine (F9) gave us John Cena as Dom’s brother (Jakob) and the mysterious return of Han.
With the help of the released trailer, we are sure to expect mucho action, the type we know fast and furious provides in New cars, driving skills, stunts and destruction.
From the trailer, there are things to discuss about and some comparison to previous franchises to make.

What to Expect in Fast X
Firstly, there is a similarity between the action packed, vault dragging through the street fast 5 and the highly expected fast X. As there are clips which show the vault dragging scene and the antagonist of fast five being crushed and his relationship to the fast X antagonists which is our next point of discussion.
Before we discuss the antagonist, let’s talk about what we think fast X is about. From the trailer, I can say it’s about revenge. The antagonist came to exact revenge on the La Familia (as I like to call Dom’s crew), as he claims they destroyed his family and took what belongs to him. We then see a clip of Dom and Brian (Paul walker, RIP) hocked and dragged away the vault and scene where the fast five antagonist car was crushed. This certainly paints a revenge picture and he tried doing it by separating the crew.
Our next point of discussion is unveiling the fast X antagonist. Drum roll!!! … We are expecting the huge, sexy, lord of the ocean. If you still don’t get the picture I am trying to paint here, I am talking about Jason Momoa. Yes, the aqua man is likely to be our antagonist and bad guy who is looking to exert revenge by tearing the La Familia apart.
How far would he go, and how much damage would he cause to get his revenge? Hold your cap till the official release of the movie.
And another question is, which of the extended family would need to be brought in for this fight?
Which point us to our next discussion, We are meeting Granny Toretto for the first time in the Fast and Furious franchise with Jakob and Mia returning. The Shaw’s was represented by the fast, smart and strong Deckard Shaw (Jason Statham).
We know after trying to avenge his brother who was beaten into a coma by the La Familia, he became an ally and together with his brother helped Dom with a rescue mission and in subsequent franchises.
And my last question would be, with the emergence of granny Toretto and Jakob Toretto (John Cena) who we saw in the trailer. Are we having the great Toretto family reunion and in business again?
There is a lot to watch out for in the coming fast X scheduled to be released on 19 May, 2023 and we can’t wait to be hit with the fast driving, Puch packed, fast cars, comedic and action packed movie.
