Being a Doing of Don jazzy, every year he signs a musical gem, he got this particular Artiste at the right time cause she’s really good in vocal’s and sings in some kind of poetry. Lifesize Teddy has an amazing voice, she a wonderful songwriter, a melodic rapper and tremendous singer. She does this thing where she sings a bit and adds in some poetic rap in between which I feel make her unique and hope she continues with this trend.
Although I was first shocked by the name LIFESIZE TEDDY, I actually taught she just wants to be unique by carrying a teddy Bear alongside her everywhere she go but it wasn’t actually what I thought. What a catchy name though!!
After her unveiling by the Records CEO Don Jazzy, she hit the ground running by releasing a self titled EP (LIFESIZE TEDDY). According to her first EP under Mavins Records, we could see she started with a very soul lifting beat from the Track 1 to 3 to get the attention of the listeners. Though it was not what some Nigerians really wants but surprisingly she gave us that which is to my opinion different, amazing and soothing, and a wonderful change to what we are used to.
She also used the Last track (Prophecy) to introduce her self to the industry that she’s here and the whole EP was filled with very good Lyrics and the EP arrangement was awesome especially the last two tracks John Wick and Prophecy, unlike Ayrra star dropping Nursery Ryhmes after Bloddy Samaritan 😂
Lifesize Teddy worked with great producer’s in London and Andre vibez on her first project and with the help from Jonny Drille, this EP is a great project and she really deserve the Flowers 🌸
My Best Track of the EP is “Hypnotic”, that song really gives a good vibe and Andre vibez killer instrumentals really added to the wonder of not just this track but the entire EP. Lifesize Teddy can be a good potential in the Music Industry if she could build on her sound and just stay unique with the poetic rap, they all will give way for her. Thanks to Don Jazzy for giving us this amazing young girl and giving her a platform to shine.
